1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using AskDoLittle ("the Service"), operated by General Strategic Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

AskDoLittle is an AI-powered platform that provides pet behaviour guidance and health triage information for Australian pet owners. The Service includes:

  • AI-assisted question and answer about pet behaviour and care
  • Health symptom triage and urgency assessment
  • Pet profile management
  • Educational content about pet care

3. Important medical disclaimer

AskDoLittle is not a veterinary service. The information provided by AskDoLittle is for general guidance and educational purposes only. It does not constitute veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Specifically:

  • Our AI provides behavioural information and urgency assessment — it does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments.
  • The triage tool assesses urgency only. It recommends a level of care (monitor at home, book a vet appointment, or seek emergency care) but does not identify specific medical conditions.
  • Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical advice about your pet.
  • In an emergency, contact your nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately. Do not rely on this Service for emergency medical decisions.
  • Information provided may not account for all individual circumstances affecting your pet's health.

By using this Service, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and will not hold AskDoLittle or General Strategic Pty Ltd liable for decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

4. User accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and payments

AskDoLittle offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

  • Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge to request a refund.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or knowledge base
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, content, AI models, knowledge base, and branding, is owned by General Strategic Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Content you submit (questions, pet profiles) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. AI-generated content

Responses generated by AskDoLittle are produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. While we strive to provide high-quality information based on veterinary and behavioural science sources, AI-generated content should be treated as general guidance, not professional advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any response provided by the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • We are not liable for any harm to your pet resulting from actions taken based on information provided by the Service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
